I don't think any relationship is a waste of time.  There is always something to be learned.  Dave and I have both had long term relationships before we met and we consciously decided there was stuff we weren't going to bring with us into our relationship. We talk about what we aren't gonna do this time around married to each other.

I know we like to stay in the warm safe cocoon of our comfort zone...I mean come on the word "comfort" is right in the title.  But sometimes if we want to continue to grow, learn and improve we have to step outside of that comfort zone and be adventurous.

Today we talk about our own struggles with comfort zones in relation to work, travel and relationships.  In our own relationship we encourage each other to try new things and seek new perspectives and it keeps the relationship interesting!
